Responsibilities

  • Be part of the product roadmap and strategic discussions on our Conversational, Multi-Modal, Enterprise AI product.

  • Own the product features and respective areas end to end and ensure on-time delivery of product features, enhancements, and improvements.

  • Participate in technical discussions with Engineering and R&D to understand how technical design decisions impact scope, timeline, and trade-offs.

  • Deliver BRDs and PRDs for the prioritized features by working closely with the Design team.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like R&D, Engineering, and Data Science on product delivery.

  • Author product specifications, inclusive of use cases, and activity flow diagrams; identify data sources, analytics, reporting, and integration requirements.

preferred QUALIFICATION: 

  • Bachelors or Master in business-related fields, such as business or management.

  • At least 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in building products in AI, especially in the enterprise.

  • Technical background with more than 5+ years of experience

  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • PMP Certification

  • B.Tech / B.E in Computer / IT / Electronics / Electrical

  • Prior experience in a high-growth company in the AI or Enterprise space, is highly preferred.

  • Highly organized & detail-oriented individual.

  • Must be comfortable with reporting and communicating event efforts and impact across the organization.

  • Energetic, go-getter, and self-starter attitude with a passion for building delightful event experiences.

  • Experience in PMP tools like JIRA is mandatory.

  • Excellent written and stellar presentation skills.

  • Confident and understands how to work with and influence executives both internally and externally.

  • Ability to see the big picture, build a team-oriented approach to problem-solving, and analyze the marketplace to ensure the company remains competitive in the product.

  • Knowledgeable in the latest technology and developments in the  Conversational AI domain. 

Candidates will work from our NJ/Bengaluru office and may be required to travel as needed.
