Responsibilities
  • Manages and directs product engineering. Provides the experiential knowledge, leadership, and vision necessary to ensure multiple projects have proper engineering controls.
  • Supplies the day-to-day supervision of the company's engineering organization, focusing on architectural design, systems engineering, process implementation and adherence, and the achievement of timely project deliveries and cost containment.
  • Provide engineering input to the Executive Team for strategic planning, new product development recommendations, quality assurance, and problem resolution.
preferred Qualifications
  • Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Additional advanced degree(s) are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management in a real-time communications or networking company.
  • A strong background in Conversational AI Systems Development and a solid understanding of multimodal technologies are required.
  • Ability to effectively plan, staff, and oversee the engineering effort on multiple engineering projects at the same time.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and achieve results through teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidates will work from our NJ headquarters.
